Support for people who have lost siblings to violent crime
SOMETIMES, WE DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY OR DO,
SO WE CREATED A GUIDE OF HELPFUL TIPS.
YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO HEAL.
Lead by The Collective STL, Sibling Support Network will host virtual, culturally responsive trauma informed yoga classes for people who have lost blood-related or fictive kin siblings to a violent crime, or have a sibling surviving injury.
All of us live within a historical, cultural, racial, and ethnic context. Culturally relevant trauma informed practices considers such context while creating a space for healing and liberation for the participants.
For the virtual class you'll need a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket. If you don't have a mat lay something on the floor that will be comfortable for you to lay on.
The Zoom link will be provided upon registration.
This class is open to and welcomes all ages, and gender expressions.
